Half life is an awesome game, but every time i play it will freeze after maybe 10-15 min. then i have to reset my computer and let it boot back into windows. that time is getting longer every time, although its extremely annoying and time consuming. any suggestions as to what is happening and any fixes would be great

geforce 9400 gt
amd phenom II x4
asus m3n78 pro
4gb OCZ SLI ready ram
1TB seagate barracuda hardrive

Does everything freeze? I had the same problem with any game, Couldn't ctrl+alt+del or do anything, Turns out my graphics card died

Are the blue lines across the screen right when you start it up?
We need your specs, but if your computer isn't that old, maybe are virtual problems or graph card problems

Maybe your rig is too epic? Other than that i'm stumped. Try updating windows and graphics card drivers.

Well, I had weird problem with TF2 - It freezed after 10/15 minutes of play, bsod'd and restarted. Overheat/burn of CPU. Check it, check fans, everythin'
