• Team Fortress 2 SourceSDK on Mac?

Hey all, I was wondering whether there was a way to use SourceSDK on a Mac, I got it with Team Fortress 2 off of Steam and really want to use it. Is there any way someone can help me? Thanks.
Valve hasn't added the SDK to Mac yet.
They can't even do it right on windows; How do they expect to get it onto mac?
Trust me, you don't want to use it.

I kinda wanted to use it for the mapping/model viewing :/
We aren't VALVe, but I doubt it will be coming any time soon. I mean, look at how long it took them to get the L4D SDK out after L4D's release.

That's funny, since I've been mapping for Source for around 2 years and have been modelling for Source for a few months and that's never happened to me. Coding is what usually gets buttfucked, it's perfectly fine to model and map for Source. [editline]18th November 2010[/editline] [QUOTE=Morgankim96;26138013]Why would I not want to use it? Rendered what useless? The Source SDK? Are you referring to the engine update? Because that was certainly more beneficial than disastrous.

The whole thing broke in a spectacular fashion and we were left without hammer for a few months. There was a way to get round it though.

[editline]19th November 2010[/editline] btw, I'm also going to be using the mapping tool for SourceSDK as well, in addition to faceposing to create some kind of crazy internet meme. Lol

Also, I fail to see what purpose you have for faceposer if you aren't going to be using it in maps, and I'd consider faceposer to be a bit difficult to learn for just creating the next dumb meme.
