After checking all my specs for my pc and finding the only problem is that my CPU speed is 2.09 and not 3.0, but i have the same problem with Oblivion and it works fine.
I downloaded the Half-Life 2 demo to see how it would run, and it lags like hell. Will the full game act this way? Yeah I am an idiot that has alot of questions for here, just answer them and get over it.

just copied from one of those will my pc run it sites.
We don't know what GPU you have, install new drivers, then it should be able to tell what kind of ATI card it is.
