Saw same kind of stuff in steampowered.com on last week.
Got fixed few minutes later.
I've had this before. not that bad. But what I want to know is why, when you click to preload CoD Modern Warefare 2, the DL doesn't start.

it actually does, I thought "oh well if it just doesn't work I'll try again later whatever"
hours later I saw "MW2 has finished preloading" popping up in the bottom right corner of my screen :aaa:
