you download the PDF, go to the champ online page which will phone home to the site and allow you to enter your name and e-mail.

Look for the page that is just like CHAMPIONS ONLINE, allow online content and a form will appear in the bottom right, fill it out, and from what I read if you are able to get one in August it will say "Congratulations blah blah blah"

I don't get why some people say they didn't get one? If you checked your email and it wasn't there, don't worry cause there going out from August 1th-5th right? As long as you got that 'Congratulations' I think you will be eligible.
