Company of Heroes shortcut not working (Steam version)

When I try to launch COH with steam, the "preparing to launch" window comes up for a second then disappears, but doesn't launch. When I'm in the process manager and try to launch the game, the "RELICCOH" process comes up after I click the launch button, but then disappears in a split second also... Does anyone know how to fix this? It worked perfectly before.
