Everyone loved Dawn of War, all the expansion packs, plus Dawn of War II. If you are sitting at your computer sobbing because you won DOW II and have no other Dawn of War games to play, post what you think should be in the next game.
Orcs
Orcs would be good, maybe some space marines idk
All of them.
Proper true to fluff Space Marines, The squad that takes on an entire army and wins. None of that shitty pump bolt rounds into imperial guardsmen until they die. 1 shot and the guardsman explode.
I want an Apocalypse DoW game.
Massive battles, titans. The amount of troops you have in the DoW games right now is tiny compared to what's used in the tabletop game.

Theres a mod for that. Light of the warp Apocalypse. Defualt squad of 15 or so :D
Also, new units and loads of shit :D Space marines get a Vortex bomb :D
Say :D one more time. Go on.
It should be more like the original DoW, less focus on camping victory points and more on map control, with base building. It adds some actual need for micromanagement and separates good players from decent ones. Also, BALANCE. And no windows live.
:D
There you go :D

I mean thousands of squads, titans, like the Apocalypse tabletop. Both of the engines for the DoW games couldn't support that.
There's mods for the first DoW that adds titans but they're tiny compared to the actual size of them.
As long as they make it like the first games and not the shittacular sequel, I couldn't care less.

Ahh I see, do you mean like total war type gameplay?
I quit tabletop when I realised GW was a cash-cow milking their franchise with Marine-wank material so you'll have to forgive me if I don't know how Apocalypse is played.
I want to see something like the aboved mentioned Apocalypse stuff but on a more.. planetary scale. Like battles the size they are in SupCom.
Either that or a game that's basically Company of Heroes but with Warhammer models, Warhammer maps, and some added races. Oh man I'd die for a game like that.

Warhammer 40k: Space Marine is filled to the brink with fluff marines. 4 of them to be exact.
Epic 40K sized battles. Basically the massive battles you see in the numerous universe illustrations. I don't want to micromanage small squads anymore, I want to be a commander of an entire Space Marine chapter or Imperial Guard regiment!

I mean christ in the WH40K universe, small shit doesn't even make sense.
A planet isn't taken because 20 men did some arbitrary shit, it's because millions upon millions of men died taking it.
6 orks in a squad? what the fuck is this shit
Bought DoW2 on weekend sale, i really liked the campaign.
Been looking at DoW a little but it looks rather silly compared to DoW2, anyone can tell me if it's worth getting?
Really, I want dawn of war 2 with imperials, tau, maybe necron, on a much larger scale. Imagine DOW2, but double it.

Comparatively it's a lot better, and with mods it's a fuckton better.

Does it have the whole squads and cover spots thing like part 2?
I'd like to see a Dawn of War With an Empires (The HL2 Mod) gameplay style : Everybody but the Commander fights in an FPS style, which the Commander orders commands for the soldiers in an RTS view.
SupCom mixed with Sins of a Solar empire, but with all the 40k factions, actually balanced, and it doesn't ignore the lore.
Probable, no. Awesome, yes.

In 40k commanders always fight on the front lines. No exceptions. Even Tau Ethereals too.
No Windows Live shit please.
Also space battles, and larger scale land battles. Definetly some base building. Maybe a Total War style campaign mode.

Squads even more so and there's a lot more units per army, there's also a campaign for a lot of the armies instead of just the Space Marines. Plus a lot more races, I think all in all if you got every expansion in the big pack, it's 8 entirely different races/armies to play as.
The cover mechanic however is not in DoW, but really it'd be a stupid thing to pass up such an amazing game for.
More Economy into the stategy, its kinda boring when your constantly moving, no real building involved..
Well in 40K, IG are deployed by the millions and killed by the millions so economy wouldn't work too well.
Bolters should pop a IG instantly, and there should be a bigger part of stuff like Daemons and Daemon hunters.
Power armor actually provides a better defense bonus than rocks in TT.
I had a difficult time fighting the tau because of this as they benefited from cover while my troops didn't.
Basebuilding...
