But still, that looks like a great game. Why couldn't an ex-3D Realms employee leak a playable build of the game?

Because there where no playable builds.
Duke 3d was good, all the others were shit. Maybe that's why they aren't continuing the series (please don't).

Hey I liked the original platformer, with that extremely limited color palette.
I want to see proof it's not real, not saying dukes actually coming out but it used alot of animations shown from those beta clips, and it had the same style as them.
Why are people questioning it's authenticity? It is undoubtedly real.
