Garden Gnome Carnage is a great 8-bit style freebie that was created back in 2007 and it's one of the most memorable games I have ever played.
And so, as it's nearly time for the holidays, I've decided to share this great little game with you guys.
The story of the game is fairly simple - it's Christmas time, which means that Santa's elves aren't far behind. You, being the garden gnome of the city that you are, have had enough of those darn elves trying to climb your building to drop their "presents" down your chimney whenever they please.
If you haven't guessed it already, it's time to kick those elves down a notch, or erm... smack.
You control the building and swing the garden gnome around trying to knock off the elves attempting to climb your home.
(I could go on and on about the gameplay but I suggest you watch this instead...)

I actually just noticed that the flash version runs a lot smoother than the non-flash version... Silly me.
That youtube video actually made me laugh a couple times. Will download!
I lost at level 69. 240,340 points. I got 6th place on the leaderboard.
