tho it was literally empty, i had like 50 players on with me. mostly 1 on 1s or 3 on 3s.

Not that big of a deal... It's not like it's a brand new thing, it's been available on 360 for a while.
Almost every game nowadays has its street date broken.
Gamestores only cares about the Money i think not those Release dates.
