So my game was working fine last night, I log on this morning and it just shows me where I was in the game world, minus all npcs, the minimap, and my character's face. It only shows one frame, I can't do anything.
I've tried the classic problem-fixers, i moved my addons, deleted my cache and my wtf folder. Still having problems.

You should make a petition to a GM or let a friend do, asking to move your characters.
It happened to me once, but when a GM moved them the bug disappeared.
I can't log into any characters, they all give the same error.
I had this there now and I just restarted the game and it works.

Try reinstalling completely. It might work, make sure your WoW will be set to default. It should do the job.
It's annoying though.

It just randomly started working again, after changing nothing.
Its a rare glitch that happens in some parts of wow world and then sometimes fixes itself again, happened to me for a week once but was only on one of my accounts.
Also try cleaning registries on your computer, use CCleaner.
It happened again today.
But you fix it by leaving it at alone, either you'll d/c or it'll start working, and when you log in again it'll work fine.
Creepy.
Maybe run a Blizzard repair just to check if everything is okay.
