When I press SHIFT TAB to open Steam in Valve games, all the buttons are on top of each other in the lower left, I can only click CLOSE. How can I fix this...?
Did you try calling apple tech support?
Seriousness: try restarting steam and not using overlay.

are you on a mac? just to be sure because there might be some bugs to fix for the mac version of steam
