The most scary experience in a game you had - Games

This thread is about SCARY experiences, not STARTLING ones. Anyways, mine has to be when I was playing F.E.A.R. 2 project origins, and you were in the elementary or something and I had not seen Alma in a long time. The music was putting pressure on me and I went into a public WC and there was this low wall that you could see over, but not completely. There was this big mirror that there are in those rooms. I could see Alma in the mirror staring a me, I prepare to shoot her but I look there and... Nothing. The music was making me feel all paranoid and I almost spinned there like some spinhacker. I went onwards and I were about to go crazy and I saw movement wverywhere and was about to turn off the game because I could not take it. Then: Blue moving light. I instantly knew it was an enemy soldier and I shot him and his buddies all relaxed. I felt great.

Almost every moment in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. when I went under ground. I knew something was there and I shit my pants before and after it. [sp]The part in lab x16 where the fucking brain thing, I was screaming the whole way up, then that fucking controller![/sp]

Somewhere in fear you had to climb a ladder and out of nowhere Alma appears from a footgrip and tries to grab you. Nastiest jumper ever.

That first Alien in Black Plague that starts walking towards the room that you're in, if you don't know it's coming then all you hear is a door outside the room opening then footsteps slowly walking towards the room you're in. You scatter about trying to find a good hiding place in the room in the matter of 12 seconds.

Few months after playing JFK Reloaded for the first time, I found a text file called "YOU TRIED TO KILL JFK" in My Documents. It was 1 AM. I was god damn scared.

Jupiter Plant in S.T.A.L.K.E.R Call Of Pripyat, searching an abandoned office building in the middle of the night with only your dying flash light lighting your way, and you hear creaks and moans somewhere. :ohdear: Also, most of Call Of Chuthulu.

It probably was in Penumbra: Overture. I'm a coward so I had a friend over. We were walking through the dark. My friend suddenly shouted "Look over there!". I stopped, frightened, and looked slowly towards where he pointed. When I had looked into the dark for about 20 seconds without seeing anything he said that he probably had mistaken. I was relieved and looked arou- "[B]Holy crap zombie dog of death! DOOM 3, and Resurrection Of Evil I really hated those flaming heads that flew around. They scared the shit outta me. Cuz when you have your back turned thinking they are gone after killing like 7 of them, one fucking bites you in the ass. I also had my volume turned up for some reason, making it even more worse. And those demons that threw fireballs at you and some other stuff but I forgot :P. DOOM 3 was THE ONLY game ive played and gotten scared by.
