Not really sure how you can ask a question that can have only one answer and then say you want his "opinion"... If you're switching servers because you're losing, you have some serious L2P issues. Seriously, switch realms/battlegroups isn't going to magically make you better.

I would say instead of just abandoning the pvp on your server, try to improve it for the alliance. That is if you still have friends, or a close guild that you are in.

I'm currently on Emerald Dream EU (Both alliance side and horde). Alliance usually win WG but not all the time.
Back in the day it was just an alliance server, but nowadays it seems to have levelled out a bit.

Being that you live in Australia according to your youtube profile I would seriously recommend going on Proudmoore-US. It has one of the highest ausie populations and it's pretty much always high-populated or full.
