RAF is down, what can I do in the meantime before the sale ends?

So I want to buy WoW for the first time because of the sale, And i'm only gonna play if I get RAF which is down. So how can I buy the game before the sale ends and still get RAF?

you cant. RAF will be down for a while as the new expansion gets released

Yes, it's back up. If you're in Europe and promise to add a month of gametime I'll give you the original game for you to start. I have absolutely no interest in running around and doing the 3x XP thing though, just want the mount.
