I'm on the market for a new PC Gamepad. Any suggestions?

Right now I am using a Saitek P29000 for my PC gaming that requires a gamepad (or when I prefer it) like Street Fighter 4. However this particular controller isn't the most durable and the D-Pad isn't always responsive. So now I'm looking for a new one and I could use your help.
<-- that's the one I have now.
My main problems with this controller is the D-Pad which doesn't always cooperate. I like the shape of the D-Pad though. There are also no start and select buttons. Those two you see in the middle are buttons that do things for the controller, not the game.
Must have:
-At least 6 face buttons on the right side. That's ABC, XYZ. Most controllers these days just have AB and XY. Fuck those.
-D-Pad on the far left side. Two analog sticks in the middle. Analog sticks must also act as buttons (L3, R3)
-Two shoulder buttons on each side.
Preferences:
-A start and select button.
-Wireless.
-Shoulder buttons be connected or close to each other (like a PS2 controller) not like the 360's. (like this)
-About 360 controller size.
Thanks in advance.

HEY GUYS
READ THE THREAD before you post.
Nobody makes proper ABC XYZ controllers anymore, just what's currently available, and you've got the best.
If you want something just for Street Fighter, an arcade stick's probably your best bet.

Compared to other PC controllers, they are horribly overpriced, unresponsive and uncomfortable.

XBOX controllers can be used as game controllers for PC. It has a USB driver for PC so all you have to do is plug and play. But for valve source games you'll have to type this into the console:
exec 360controller
But for that kind of stuff I would recommend target, they always have a good amount of gaming accessories in stock at good prices.
