• Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver Problem - "Blinking Green Light"
    3 replies, posted
I just recently got a Xbox 360® Wireless N Networking Adapter and it's great and all, but there's one thing, it won't let me connect to Xbox Live! When I plug it in, and turn the Xbox 360 on, the light on the Receiver blinks green and it just doesn't connect. The Xbox finds my wireless network and lets me type my password, but when it's trying to connect to live it won't get passed the first step. I've tried using this accessory on several different Xbox's, but it all has the same outcome. I've also tried numerous things to try and fix the problem. I've tried things, such as, changing my wi-fi router channel, calling microsoft, calling my internet provider, etc. I was just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem and knows what I can do to fix it. Help would be very appreciated. If you don't want to read all that, then, here is the question: My wireless Xbox 360 receiver finds my network, but doesn't connect to live, the light on the back is also blinking green, know anything about that? Also, here's the product: http://www.xbox.com/en-US/Xbox360/Accessories/CablesNetworking/Xbox360WirelessNNetworkingAdapter
Flashing green light means it's attempting to connect to a wireless network.
Flashing green light means it's attempting to connect to a wireless network.
I know that, I leave my Xbox 360 on for at least 30 minutes when it's trying to connect to my network and it never fully connects.
Use an ethernet cable.
