Can I run Grand Theft Auto IV?

So, I want to reinstall Grand Theft Auto IV since I got a new computer (It aint a super duper 8000 bucks gaming rig, but it sure does the trick)

I think that will fit. Not on highest or anything, but be glad you have Win7.
Onlyth thing is the Graphic Card, if you could get even a Nvidia GTX 260 (300 bucks, less if you choose non-asus) you'll be able to play it at high with decent fps.

300 bucks for a GTX 260 ? You can get a 470 at this price
