GTA San Andreas won't fully load, loads and stops half way

Hey, I need some help with PC copy of GTA San Andreas. The game refuses to load fully, the bar fills up fast but then it gets stuck in the middle. I waited for like 10 minutes and nothing. I can't get a picture as of now, the print screen isn't taking the image for some reason
