So I found my old copy of Trackmania Sunrise Extreme in a box in our storage house. I like raing games, so I popped the CD into my laptop to install it.
I've bought my copy in store, it is legal in every way, and I had no problem running it on my old PC.
BUT.
When I want to play, and start up [B]any[/B] of the executables in the TMS folder, Starforce 2.x, which was installed without my knowledge with the game, pops up and says that I have to reboot to complete the install.
I could understand that the first time I started, but it does it [I]every damn time[/I]. What the hell should I do?
Look on the Trackmania site, I remember something about them dropping Starforce, but maybe that was just for TMUnited...
I had that happened to me with prince of persia two thrones(legal copy)
Downloading a crack/NOCD helps.

I would try that, but the problem isn't the disk. Trackmania runs without the CD anyway.
Also, I just realized, it's not Starforce, it's DefenceLine.
