I wanted to install mods on GTA4; completely dumfound and asking for help. - Games

I recently got GTA4, and a new fucking hard drive just to get it to work right which kinda sucked, but I got it all patched up to the most current version and it runs so great on my PC, it's awesome and what I had wanted from a computer in a long time, seeing as my computer is new and I don't have many current or near currentish games. So, it strikes me "Dear god, I have the PC version of this, WHERE ARE THE MODS!" and I scrambled to google to find one that interested me. NixoMod: [url]http://www.gta4-mods.com/script/nixomod-201-f3661[/url] So, I download that and what it said was all it needed, turns out I needed other things but I can't find some definitive manual to install this all, and really I have googled and looked but all the ones I have found either make no sense to me, or aren't really helpful. Is there anyone with experience installing mods like this into GTA 4 who would be willing to help break it down for me? What things I need for my version of GTA(1.4) to be modable and how to get this mod working? I've tried to get this to work so much and I'm really not getting it, I'm asking for some guidance at least, please.

Open the rar file of Nixomod, goto extras and click on readme.htm Really not that hard ffs. I just got confused because I had just been trying by using MMGHook instead of that and it didn't work, I've been working at it all day. It's something the creator of Nixomod said was a requirement for the mod to run.

Did, for some reason it says that EFC20fix doesn't work as it's the wrong version, yet I installed 1.0.0.4, the hell.
