Buying? Selling? It's all fun. Discuss your latest buy/sell and see how it compares to other peoples servers or such. Trade skills included, how much does a typical fee set you back? Dropping some gold on a new item? How much will it cost you? Etcetcetc.
got some frozen orbs for 20g each resold them for close to 100g each idk how i managed to buy them before anyone else did [editline]09:52PM[/editline] that's about it :(
darkmoon card greatness. picked up 2 on alliance side for 1.5k each the other week and transferred them to mah hordie
i buy and sell on the auction house to make gold because i'm too lazy to do daily quests
I just mine Titanium Ore, prospect it, do epic gems, sell them. When I reach reasonable amount of Gold and good Epic Gem design for each colour of Gem, I will buy Titanium Ore straight outta AH, prospect it, and sell Epic gems. That's what I mostly did back in Burning Crusade. When I needed gold, I went to AH, bought Adamantite Ore, prospected, did rare gems, sold them, profit. Also, now on Wotlk, sell rare gems raw instead of cut, because JC'ers who are leveling their proff buys them. Every time.
Bought a few frozen orbs for 5g each, sold them for 30g each.
i sold a couple stacks of runecloth for 40g+ I had no idea why the fuck anyone bought them, but hey i has munny nao
fucking frostweave stacks are down to 5g and infinite dust stacks are 100g
3 honour capped toons buying Epic gems . made 6k gold patch day :)
i hate the honour cap, it makes no fucking sense, why have a cap?
i hate the honour cap, it makes no fucking sense, why have a cap?
so people cant farm honor for months and wait for a new patch and buy 800 new things
makes sense i guess. its still partially bullshit. what is the cap at the minute?
It was 75k because it was double the cost of the most expensive item in classic, it stayed the same for the same reason there is a cap.
Fair. Titanium Ore is a fucking rip. 260g per stack. Bad times. I ain't chancing it on that.
made a turbo charged flying machine some random guy bought it for 32k :smug:
made a turbo charged flying machine some random guy bought it for 32k :smug:
any guy with 32k isnt dumb enough to pay 32k for that

Just went from 1-390 Engineering, with all the mats required to make a TCFM all in one day. ...too bad I'm down about 2500g. I went through so much shit to get one Khorium Ore.
raging, hope the utility is worth it for you though and that glove enhancement is pretty awesome too.
raging, hope the utility is worth it for you though and that glove enhancement is pretty awesome too.
I made a couple thousand off selling Argent Tournament pets to cross-faction friends. I'm probably going to do it again to cover my losses. [editline]11:25PM[/editline] Gotta say though, the Dalaran Auction House is totally worth it.
I'll prolly level it after I get my mining max, for the crit strike gloves or w/e
