Is it possible to connect to a Counter-Strike: Source server using a proxy?
Ahem . . . I think there might be a misunderstanding.
CSS, as used within this particular forum, stands for Cascading Style Sheets.

We are talking about proxies here. Proxy alter your IP, fool.
Oh, that's true. He's probably screwed either way.

No I'm asking because a guy I know thinks one of his clan members is hacking and using a proxy so they can't link the hacking to him. He knows the guy has more then one account.

Totally. You can't use a proxy but you can use other accounts.

READ. He's masking his IP and he's using ANOTHER ACCOUNT (each account has their own Steam ID).
Then ban the account that is hacking? Who the fuck cares if its a clan member as long as he doesn't hack on both accounts its fine.
No, he just could reset his IP.
Doesn't apply for everyone, I, for example, am on a static IP that I get from my ISP.
you IP address means pretty much nothing Most I can do is find your house/mspace/school/mod dad name/telephone #, and order a bunch of pizzas to your house
