Doesn't this seem odd to you? Half-life is being discounted for no reason, at 66%?
But why half-life? And why now?
Could valve be building up to something, this weekend? Are they going to release information so huge that it will cause a flood of people to want to buy the half-lifes?
One would say yes, others might just brush it off.

Half-life + 34% = Half-life 34
34% - 31 = 3

I doubt it is because of Episode 3. I reckon is so that people can buy all the Half Life and then maybe after they've finished playing through all the games, then Episode 3 will be released.
