Which should I get? I wanna play something that will completely suck me in for hours on end, and is there a big difference between the two? (User was banned for this post ("making a choose for me thread" - Spork-Juct))
I played fallout 1 and absoloutely loved it, I heard fallout 2 is the better one from a few people though. From my experience, fallout 1 gives you a nice insight into the wasteland (obviously in the first game they had to set the scene)
I love both games but you should probably get the first one as you get to start with a gun and you'll start from the beginning of the series. A couple of tips for you; The game is cheaper on GoG than on steam, and remember to check for loot EVERYWHERE! If a door/container is locked there's bound to be good stuff to steal in there. (But do save if there's a person in the vicinity)

First one is easier to get into compared to the second so ya
Gog.com is 6$, and you get it directly again. You didn't even look did you.
2
Get both off ebay and tactics in the pack for under £10. Also Fallout 1 is harder than 2 but the story is much better. (Matter of opinion I guess)
I like Fallout better.

Fallout 1 is free on Gametap. You have to download the gametap client however. So get 2, because 2 costs more money, also, I found it a lot funnier than 1. EDIT Holy crap, they removed it, nevermind. But you can get the first metal slug for free if you want. :/ http://www.gametap.com/video-games/free-pack-games.html

Does GOG sell to Europe?
Fallout 2, since it seems more humorous and adds huge insight into 1999 Culture (since the game is practically overflowing with cultural references.) For example, there is a Limited Edition Red Ryder BB Gun that can shoot your eye out (the most powerful weapon in the game, actually) there is a Holy Hand Grenade, Cheezy Poofs, and a Tricky Dick Action Figure.
Does GOG sell to Europe?
Of course. There seems to be some confusion, GOG is a digital distribution service, just like Steam.
