Buying a GTA4 expansion, which one?

I want to get either Ballad of Gay Tony or Lost and the Damned, which one is better? I'm not really looking for story, but whichever has more/cooler weapons and vehicles. I've tried to search it but can't find any answers, I don't want to buy them both. Someone tell me which one to get.

TBoGT

TBOGT for the features. Parachutes, basejumping, awesome weapons (I think it has all the weapons from TLAD and more) and awesome vehicles. Bullet GT, APC, Buffalo, and that crazy crazy gold helicopter that shoots rockets.

TLAD if you want a better story. Really liked the story and how it progresses in TLAD. The story in TBOGT is pretty bland, if I'm honest.

Or get both on disc. What platform are you buying it for?

I had more fun with TBOGT but getting them both is pretty worth it if you can.

I had more in fun in TLAD singleplayer, and more fun in TBoGT multiplayer
