So today I thought it would be be a good idea to add myself some game time and then buy cataclysm through the presale, so I go to battle.net to buy game time and when I get to this page I click "Set Up Game Subscription".

After clicking on that it sends me straight here...

This is currently preventing me from playing the game, so if anybody has any ideas as to what is happening then please reply. I really hope to play cataclysm on its release day.
(I have contacted blizzard but they said it will take a few days to reply so I thought maybe someone here has gone through the same problem)

Scan your ID and mail it to blizzard
