Round based RP games

Hi,
i want to ask if somebody knows a RP game with similar system like Space station 13 or Murder mansion. No leveling and game split into rounds lets say 10 minutes- 2+ hours. Ideally no fantasy setting.
Please no Garry's mods RP.

Edit: I don't mean turn based combat. I mean rounds as gaming session like in SS13 from arrival to shuttle escape.

When you say Space Station 13 and Murder Mansion, the first thing that comes in my head is Cow RP, but that is fantasy and you don't want fantasy, so i will have to say:

Cow RP is what you want, that is if it ever goes back up. It's fantasy but I don't think you'll find much of anything else like spacestation 13.

The cow RP its just another Byond lag fest, but thanks.

I don't have much spare free time to play large rpgs but i like roleplaying, so the system of RP sessions under two hours from start to finish really suits me. Anyway if you have some other ideas i will be grateful, i remind that it can be text based or with simplistic graphic i don't care about the looks of it.

Dont get the old fallout games get fallout 3 the old ones suck because they use action points to move and use weapons and you must use mouse too.

1. That not the point of this thread.
2. I disagree, i can't say if fallout 1 and 2 are better than fallout 3 because i played fallout 3 for maybe 2 hours. But the old systems worked quite well and although it wasn't so fancy as the F3 combat system i had really awesome fights in first two fallouts.
