I'm in debt, to my mother, so I have no money to buy even 30 days of WoW gametime. I would do the scroll of resurrection, but i have wrath of the lich king on the account, so i can't do that. Is there any other way?

Yes but even then you'll have to wait like 2 months before you get any free time.

You could also try finding someone to use Scroll of Ressurection on (if that can be used with a frozen account.) Once they buy a month of time (and their 10 free days expires) you will get a free month.
Other than that there is nothing.
