200-300fps on hl2 doesn't mean you have a good computer
i get 800-900 when not broadcasting

cpu 3.1 ghz gpu raedon hd 4870 512 mb 250gb hdd 4gb RAM
Err... How do you set it so it uses your computer to stream the video and not a webcam?
