some dick hacked my steam account, scammed loads of people and now im banned

so some cunt disquised as my steam friend (hacked his account) sent me a link to a free game give away on steam, i logged in, and then this dick stole my account and scammed loads of people with my account, i changed my password later and got it back, told all the people he scammed about what happened, and now i go to log in and it says im appearantly banned

i want to tell steam what had happned unfortunately i cant seem to log in, either im banned from there aswell saying invalid login or this prick has found out my new password, changed it and fucked off with it

i want this fucker dead and his IP address found so i can deal with him myself. but i need to contact steam to get my account back. i cant post complaints on the site and i dont know why

can any of you help?
