30 bots in combat training?

Ive been trying to figure out how to make the limit of bots in black ops combat training to 30 on the pc. A guy said to add these lines to the config_mp.cfg file-

seta scr_bots_managed_all "30"

seta scr_bots_managed_spawn "30"

seta sv_maxclients "30"

I added them but it didn't work. Any ideas? Thanks.
