Starcraft 2 Beta Blizzard Downloader isn't working right

Hey, just got my beta key today and wanted to play. When I first got it the beta was under maintenance, but after they patched it my computer took a bit of time to download the patch but after it finished it kept downloading the same thing over and over and it only takes like a second each time. I really want to play this game so please help if you can.
