I need someone from USA to gift it to me and I can either gift them something on the steam store or give them the money via Paypal.

Also, would I need to change my download region?

I tried asking in the Left 4 Dead Megathread but with no replys in over a day. (Sorry for the shit thread)

You could try going to steam trading forums and offer any $20 game for an uncensored L4D2, since L4D2's trade value is relatively weak due to how often it goes on sale and how common it is

Bugger, now I feel crappy for owning the LV version again. But like the others said, try to see if you can get someone in New Zealand to send it over, and see if you can make up for it somehow
