I fell for a dumb scam from someone who stole my friends account. I've turned off my credit card, how do I get my account back?

Nevermind. Dipshit who stole my account doesn't know how to change passwords. Maybe he was doing this shit for fun? Anywho, password, email, and the saved credit card information changed. Also changed the credit card that was on theres digits
Tell the hacker "You're probably crying because you didn't know how to change the password, eh?"
