Fallout 3 expansions or mods not working

When I go launcher and data files and tick all my mods and then press OK. and then if I go to data files again theyre not ticked! Help please :)

Good thing it's not explained in the very big OP of the very big FO3 thread that was so very big we now have 2 very big FO3 threads.

I get it too, but they're still enabled, they get unticked just if you go into the selection window.
