I just received one shiny email from EA with a closed beta code for the new model Battlefield Play4Free. Why does everyone look exactly the same. I cannot play that.

Why the fuck do you guys get a key? :( I've got all battlefield games both retail and digital and activated on my EA account, Played 100+ hours of all BF games and I never got a BFH or BFP4F key. Sad day.

Woop, got a key. If they give out gift keys I'll give them to an unfortunate soul on Facepunch who didn't get any.

I just got my key and it is pretty good for a free game well saying BF hero's was good until it left beta

Got in on the beta, haven't really been able to play it though.

I thought you had to sign up for the beta, I didn't think you randomly got in for playing the other Battlefield games "A Lot"

I'm in it too. It feels kind of mediocre, but I guess for a free game it's ok. I hope micro transactions don't ruin it.

I've applied since 1 week ago and I didn't get any key and some guys got their key a few hours after they applied. How does that work

I finally got installed. Battlefield play4free is the best powerpoint presentation I have ever viewed. There are 3 main slides one that shows an enviroment the next slide shows the same but with faint text and a bubble saying BETA in the corner. slide 3 shows a scoreboard with 2 boxes labeled unknownteam with text above saying "Unknownteam won the game!" I highly reccomend this to everyone. [editline]16th December 2010[/editline] (Disregard, my settings were higher then my pc can handle as default for some reason)
