Reversing wheel friction in GTAIV?

I've found the handling.dat file, and I've made all the "wheel traction" values negative for each car, but they don't fly around crazily like in the videos I've seen. (video removed)

I think it's stupid that everybody is acting like I'm doing something wrong, when nobody in the thread is helping me, but rather talking about the video that I posted for a mere example. Meanwhile, the mods are doing absolutely nothing; if this happened 2-3 years ago on FP, 80% of the people in here would be banned for derailing.
