Hi there facepunch, I have noticed that all PS3 only seem to have 2 usb ports.... However, mine has 4, and also a card reader.... Compact flash, SD and Memory stick pro... Does anyone else have this? I havnt seen any o_O

Older consoles have 4 usb and card reader. Newer ones don't have them. Mine has 4 usb ports and card reader. My console is a launch console. You are not special.
It's the older one.. why couldn't you ask in the playstation community thread?

You're asking users on facepunch why they aren't putting threads or posts in the correct area.... You're doing something wrong here.
I just moved on from a launch ps3 to a 250gb slim.
Do I care about not having those little extras? Not one bit to be honest.
Considering I can just jam a USB HUB and Card Reader into my 2 ports to get 4 ports and a card reader, I don't care. It made the PS3 ever so slightly cheaper than the launch 60 GB models were.
I thought it was just the launch consoles, i just wanted to confirm that, that's all. It's a shame they discontinued that and the ability to play PS1 and PS2 games...
You Can Play PS1 games, just not PS2 games.
