It's an rts for the pc.
The story went along the lines of, hitler died, but nazi germany kept going. One of the units you can have is a big nazi mech. Another feature (although I may be confusing this with another game) is that you could control turrets manually if you wanted.
It was released somewhere between late 2006 - early 2008.
