(I read through the rules, I think this is okay to post? Correct/Move me if I'm wrong.)
I'm a little lost after trying to locate where I could digitally download TW2 and play it as of now. I know people havve been getting it early and I was wondering how I could also. I was also wondering what I needed to download for it to run on my Mac.
On a side-note, is having a 9400M/9600M GT Nvidia graphics card going to be enough to run it on recommended settings? (I have a dual core and 4 GB RAM).
Thanks in advance!
Hasn't it been out for ages? Not that you should bother, even if you pirated it it's not worth it since the game's terrible.

As for getting it to run on your mac, unless you dual boot windows or the game has a mac version you're basically fucked.
It is only out currently in certain areas of Europe as I'm aware of, they're holding the UK and US release until the game is much more polished.
I knew that already. People are purchasing it from Europe and running it in the U.S though as it has English language options.
@Generic.Monk: Two Worlds 2 first off has a Mac version. Secondly you shouldn't knock on a game you haven't even played yet, especially since it's getting good reviews.
I didn't even know there was a second announced

I found this but it still confuses me as to if I need a disc in the drive to run it on Mac and what version I need to purchase?

I have played it, and it's shite.
Can't wait for this game. It looks good.

Yeah well I don't believe you, basing off of other peoples' opinions and review sites.

if you basing it off other peoples opinions. then why not base it of his opinions. after all they are opinions and not facts

Seeing how most peoples' opinions are generally positive, and very informed; I tend to side with them more than someone who just says that the game is "shite" which sounds immature, as well as him not giving any reasons as to WHY it isn't good.
I seem to agree with Generic Monk on most things and this is no exception, Two worlds 2 has some problems that put me off, the running animations is so feminine and completely ruins the immersion in a button press, horse animation is strange and the combat is choppy, not a great game but horses for courses.

Eh, I dunno. I find those to be minor problems. Plus the game isn't even released in the U.S. yet and another patch is in the works.
Like I said, horses for courses. If there's a patch that fixes the problems I'll give it another go, I'm very picky when it comes to animations specifically. I banned myself from running because of the animation, then it became slow and boring so I thought fuck it and bought Gothic 4.
After researching the game the other day I learned about how the game kicks ass and the NA/UK release will come with the gold patch. Hype!

The game is great, fuck off.
I might try it because unlike most people, I fairly enjoyed the first one.
The voice acting is ridiculous though.
Still no one has definitively answered my original questions.

I haven't tried it on my ATI Radeon 5700. However, on my shitty ATI Radeon 3600, it ran fine on medium settings. Surprisingly, the graphics are great. If you want to compare your card to my old one, go for it. If it's better, then sure, get it. I'm not exactly sure where you can digitally download it, I don't think you can. As for all your Mac related issues, I can be of no assistance.
