Today, a snapshot for Minecraft was released, ([URL="http://www.mojang.com/2012/06/minecraft-snapshot-week-24/"]12w24a[/URL]), it allows others to connect to your computer, and play with you like single player. But, my question is, will plugins be allowed? This could be good to know, but, will others be able to join, with no one else online on that map? Here is a link to the snapshot, you can give it a try for yourself.
(Heres how.)
1. download and install the newest .jar wit the server.jar
2. make a new world, and allow cheats.
3. in-game, type the following: /publish
4. you will recieve a code, (EX: <nameofcomputer>:<randomcode>)
5. Give this to your friend, and have them direct-connect to that code.
This is what i understand of it so far, but is there anything else we need to worry about?
(P.S: I realize that this is still a work in progress.)
Two things. You spelled "Parties" incorrectly, and you made a thread for something we all already knew about. If we didn't know about it, then chances are we'd see it in the thread. We don't need a new thread for every snapshot if the megathread is already updated infrequently enough to read all the newest posts without having to go too far back in the pages.

I'm going to say this bluntly while trying to avoid sounding like a douche. Your posts are pretty bad. You tend to state obvious things, or just not make any sense. Yes, I know, only 25 posts, but of those 25, nearly all of them have been pretty idiotic, ill informed, or pointless. Honestly, I don't mean to say it this way, but really think about things before you post. Consider what you have to say, whether people will care that you posted, and if it is actually funny/relevant/grammatically correct and so on. There's a reason Crypto made the post. Don't be too trigger happy with making threads or posts and people won't assume that every post you make is awful.
