I played TF2 earlier today, but GTA IV won't run. It just keeps saying "Preparing to launch Grand Theft Auto IV," and RSGSC never starts.

Same with me, I was going to play Beat Hazard, but it uses Steam cloud...I was going to play L4D2, but it uses Steam cloud...I was going to play Torchlight, but it uses Steam cloud...god dammit.
