First of all, this is [highlight][b]NOT[/b][/highlight] some "click this link and complete 10 million offers and then tell us ur steam user and password". I'm just confused at this. I don't have anyone that would gift the game to me, and didn't ask anyone to do so either. It's fully legit as far as I can tell, except for the alarmingly slow download rate. It's going at 355 kb per second, which isn't bad for my internet connection, but it has been over an hour and it's only at 6 percent. Is it a big game, or is something going on? Please explain why I got this free of charge with no notifications!

Not enough sales. The weekends promote sales
They're trying to brainwash new users, the game isn't very fun singleplayer, the mp is mediocre at best, but the engine is shit-hot.
It's just a big game.

I bought the Unreal Deal Pack, and UT3 is actually really fun for sniping.
