• Lost Authenticator on ipod touch (Can't restore)

Yeah so, I lost the authenticator code on my ipod touch and i can't restore it back cause i never made a backup, what should i do... I already submitted a email to them.. but i don't know if that's the right thing to do Oh and i play on EU
Call them. It'll get it sorted quicker.

Yes the only way you can do that is by e-mail, takes about a week. Sorry bro.

Happened to me before, lost my phone, fiilled out the form for account recovery but with the authenticator options selected, within a day they had took it off my account

Did this just the other day, after a few emails and a couple days I had it back. :v:
I had the same problem, emailed, everything was sorted out quickly and easily.
Me too. I called them, asked to take it off, they asked for my security question and account name and took the authenticator off immediately.
