text to speach? maybe? - Games

hey, ummm, i was wondering, is there a program that allows one to speak with either text to speach or a series of pre recorded sound messages? because i am not allowed to have a mic in-game because my mom is overly protective. please help, i think this would be rly cool.

Nope, at least not that I know of. Plus, it'd be counter-productive, as you'd be typing your message anyways. I don't get why you can't use a mic; "Spy-Engi on the battlements" is hardly going to tip someone off as to where you live.
