It's a good start at any rate.

My advice is look at the actual proportions of Notre Dame, and then build it in according to a 2:1 ratio to make up for the general chunkiness. Real Notre Dame is only 69 metres tall, 69 blocks. So in order to make up for that, you make it 138 blocks tall and then build everything according to that ratio.
