How so? I find it to be an excellent game. Personally I find it too difficult to get into DotA or HoN and LoL is a fantastic alternative because of the fact that it's such an easy game to get into and understand while still being challenging.

What i like about the game is that you gain mastery points that help you out in later games, like an increase on some things. It's also easier to understand on what items to get to make your character stronger thanks to the recommanded item for each and every character... in DotA and HoN, i have a hard time trying to find out what equipment to get...
oh and also i don't get booted off because i have a bad score like HoN does, and get booted off by a kick bot from DotA... LoL is the best Dota style game out there for newbies.
