I'm thinking about buying one of these:

It's PC only and it costs about 25$. If anyone owns one of those/similar, can you tell me any pros/cons before I buy it?
Looks like an Xbox360 controller, I have a normal xbox controller, it's pretty sweet for some games.
What games would you want to play?
I'm sure it controls well but you're better off just getting a 360 controller, it's compatible with more games than other controllers.
It looks horrible and uncomfortable
Also shameless 360 copy. Just get the real thing.
I had a PS3 one, It is very bad, and only worth it because it is half the price of normal controllers

It is supposed to be a copy of the 360 controller, but for the PC.
And in the end, I think I'll buy it, because it's cheap enough and if it sucks, I will be less annoyed if I spent 25$ instead of 50$.
Or you can just buy a xbox 360 controller for 23$. Wireless is also 26$ but you would need the 20$ wireless receiver.

The wired 360 is excellent for PC games that work better with a controller.

And how do I connect it to my PC?

it uses USB

Shiny. Then it's settled. A wired X360 controller, it is.

This.

Exactly this. I don't know if is easy to grab it. I only have one gamepad the first of my life for PC and It works good( is from GameStop).
I recommend you to buy a 360 or a normal one.
OP if you haven't bought it yet and you're looking for something cheap I use this:

I'd rather have a 360 controller but this is great for its price

I dislike the way the analog sticks are positioned so close.
But none of the alternatives have the gimmicky air circulation. Perhaps this is a selling point to some sweaty people.
The fans are LOUD, but they definitely keep you chilled.
It just depends on how much of a deal breaker force-feedback is to you, it's a really good gamepad. I have it and it's been through quite a bit, still works perfectly
I heard that the Chillstream is incredibly uncomfortable and very loud.
A wired 360 controller would be a far better option.
Xbox 360 controller is the standard of PC controllers oddly enough. Get that.

I have this too, it's awesome and stirdy, though the D-pads a bit cheap feeling, id rather use its d-pad than a 360's d-pad.
Thinking about it, there's little I do like about the 360 controller, the d-pad is pretty much unusable for anything other than quickbuttons and I find the analogue sticks are.. uncomfortable and inaccurate.
Does anyone know of any good immitation ps3 controllers for pc?

I disagree.
I've used both Xbox 360 and PS3 controllers and I prefer the grip and resistance of the 360's thumbsticks.
The PS3's analogue sticks have very little resistance and generally feel very awkward to use.
If you absolutely insist on using a PS3 controller for PC, you can just plug it in with USB and download some drivers somewhere. There's guides everywhere.

I got one for $2. And another one, for around the same price. One has rumble, the other doesn't.
