I recently picked up Dark Messiah of Might and Magic, and have been experiencing terrible lag. I will normally be able to move through an area at a smooth 60 FPS, yet when I start fighting with someone, the game begins to chug at 10 FPS. Even after I lowered all settings to their lowest, I get the same issues, though not as extreme (I still lower to about 20 FPS). I've tried defragging my hard drive (I read that, due to the fact that this game is known for having huge memory leaks, it could possibly help), verifying the game cache, and reinstalling, yet none have worked. Here are my system specs if they're of any help.
